pinkamena prance

week 12, day 6 of .
theme was to draw pinkie pie.

so I've been drawing all the ponies this week with some kind of unique hairdo. Today I didn't have much time to make up a totally unique one so I tried to think of one she's had in the show, but aside from various costumes with basically the same hairstyle, Pinkamena-style flat hair was the only thing that kept coming into my mind. But then I got a really neat idea -- Prancing, happy, normally brightly-colored Pinkie but with Pinkamena's hair. Well, it's what you see for a moment when she's at the hair salon that one time, anyway!

This has got to be hands down my favorite piece this week! I dunno, it just really came together, and I love Pinkie the most, and today's just been a great day! Gogo season 2!

(Man, after submitting it I realize that it looks a lot like the Dash one I did earlier this week, I didn't even think of that at all as I was drawing it. I mean, though, she's jumping and Dash was flying, and... yeah!)
